Meet the Inside Tracks Team
The Inside Tracks team share Tim’s vision and are all experienced professional auditors and researchers. Unlike other competitors we don’t hire inexperienced staff looking for a top-up income, or indeed people we don’t know. All of our people are skilled and dedicated to their role.
There is a direct link between the office and the field team, so that we can react and change a project immediately.
Tim Sturla
Managing Director
As the Managing Director of Inside Tracks, Tim has almost 30 years of experience working with retailers in product supply, research, customer service and compliance areas. Volunteer role as a Magistrate in South Derbyshire. Interests include cars, rallying, long-distance running, badminton and real ale.
Ali Sturla
Director
As a Director, I look after the financial side of Inside Tracks Research Ltd. I'm a primary school teacher by profession, but have extensive experience working in travel marketing too, with a first class degree in Business. I love music and play several instruments and sing with the local amateur musical theatre group.
Sue Kendall
Senior Client Services Manager
As Senior Client Services Manager at Inside Tracks, Sue project manages new service delivery to client’s specifications, and oversees the operational delivery of data and insights.
Sue holds a BA in Management Studies.
Sue has over 20 years of experience working in retail, manufacturing and service industries, in roles including Human Resources, Organisational Change and Account Management.
Outside of work, Sue can often be found playing hockey or relaxing in her garden.
